Since the upper platen can be moved away from the lower platen, either by swinging it to the side or drawing the lower platen out, you’re not working directly beneath a hot surface. Use the Swing Function when you have ample room to the side of your press. Simply swing the upper platen away to get full, unobstructed access to the lower platen for precise garment placement and smooth operation.
Use the Draw Function when space is limited. You can pull the lower platen out toward you, giving you full access without needing extra room on either side. This is perfect for compact workshops or tight production areas, and it still allows for spacious, efficient loading.
