Firstly, thank you for your support and patience during the recent weeks.

Like you, we have needed to make plans for a safe, secure and appropriate return to some kind of normality to help support your business.

We continue to run a full-service with essential staff only. To produce all Heat Transfer work and ship Heat Transfer Vinyl and Heat Presses.

We are taking every precaution in regard to the welfare of our team and clients at this time and have invested heavily in appropriate PPE and hand sanitiser to safeguard all parties.

In summary, we would like to clarify a few points for you

  1. All Heat Transfers Materials & Machines are available to order and will be delivered based on our current schedule above.
  2. Where possible please place all orders online.

We remain fully operational and are following government guidelines carefully. All teammates have a transparent workplace policy, it is voluntary for them to work at a rate that they feel is fair. All are undertaking a welfare check on their, and their household health status each day.

Technical fault

If you find you have a technical fault with a product you have purchased or need technical advice, please email with the Serial Number and outline the nature of the fault.

Press Repairs

For repair; please email and we will organise the repair as normal.


Our customer, our team and your family’s welfare are our priority. We have adjusted our processes and working patterns to minimise the spread of COVID 19 and balancing the service levels offered to customers. We are prioritising safe working and support and reviewing this several times a day at a senior level.

Supply Chain

All machines, materials and consumables for transfers used and sold by Target Transfers have been in stock for at least 6 weeks. We increased our stock levels at the beginning of the year in readiness for the developing pandemic to best support you and your business for the foreseeable future.
