What is a Dual Station Heat Press?

For high-volume garment printing, the Dual Air Fusion IQ boosts efficiency with two workstations on one press - so you can complete large orders quickly and confidently.

Also known as a dual platen or shuttle press, this machine uses two lower platens with a single upper heated platen that moves between them for streamlined production.

Air-Powered Pressure

By using controlled Air-Powered Pressure, you can set this press with 100% accuracy and remove any time it takes to manually adjust pressure. Each station can be programmed separately. Simply push the two buttons on the side of the station, when the press is complete it will rise automatically.

Dual Workstations

Dual Heads Make It 60% More Efficient Than Standard Presses. Operate independently or in unison. Allowing operators to prepare garments on one station while the other is being pressed

Heat-Free Workspace

Unlike clam shell heat presses, the Dual Air Fusion IQ has a single heat press head that moves from platen to platen. Creating a completely heat-free workspace that puts the operators comfort first.
