360IQ Hat Press

If you’re serious about hat printing, the 360IQ Hat Press is a complete game-changer. Designed with efficiency, precision, and creativity in mind, this advanced heat press takes the hassle out of decorating caps and opens up entirely new possibilities for your designs.

At the heart of its innovation is the moulded, heated lower platen, which perfectly supports the natural shape of a cap. This ensures even heat distribution and flawless application every time—no more awkward positioning or inconsistent results.

What truly sets the 360IQ apart is its full 360° print capability. You can seamlessly apply designs to the front, back, and sides of a cap without ever removing it from the press. This not only saves time but also allows for more complex, wraparound designs that were previously difficult or impossible to achieve.

Equipped with dual heated platens, the press delivers consistent temperature from both above and below, improving adhesion and overall print quality. The auto-open feature enhances workflow efficiency and prevents overheating, giving you peace of mind during high-volume production runs.

Control is effortless thanks to the intuitive touchscreen panel, allowing you to fine-tune temperature, time, and pressure with precision. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned professional, the interface makes operation simple and reliable.

From bold branding to intricate custom designs, the 360IQ Hat Press removes limitations and empowers you to create with confidence. It’s not just a tool, it’s an upgrade to the way you print.

2. Foam Pad

The Foam Pad range from Stahls' is designed to help you apply thicker, more dimensional decorations to hats, such as badges or silicone 3D heat transfers. For best results, simply select a pad with a thickness that closely matches your design.

These pads not only help achieve a more even application by distributing pressure consistently, but they also protect your decoration during the pressing process—ensuring a clean, professional finish every time.

The Foam pads come with the Hotronix 360IQ hat press but can also be purchased separately.

3. Grip Flex

When working with thinner decoration methods, such as standard heat transfers, you may not need the added height of a foam pad, but protection is still essential. That’s where the Grip Flex Protector comes in.

This flexible rubber sheet acts as a protective barrier between your heat press and the garment, helping to prevent scorch marks, shine, or unwanted impressions on delicate fabrics. It’s especially useful when working with performance materials or lighter-weight caps that are more sensitive to heat.

Beyond protection, the Grip Flex also improves grip and stability during pressing, keeping your design securely in place for accurate application. Durable, reusable, and easy to position, it’s a simple addition that makes a big difference in achieving clean, professional results every time.
