2. Foam Pad

The Foam Pad range from Stahls' is designed to help you apply thicker, more dimensional decorations to hats, such as badges or silicone 3D heat transfers. For best results, simply select a pad with a thickness that closely matches your design.

These pads not only help achieve a more even application by distributing pressure consistently, but they also protect your decoration during the pressing process—ensuring a clean, professional finish every time.

The Foam pads come with the Hotronix 360IQ hat press but can also be purchased separately.

3. Grip Flex

When working with thinner decoration methods, such as standard heat transfers, you may not need the added height of a foam pad, but protection is still essential. That’s where the Grip Flex Protector comes in.
